Returning Online Purchases / Returning In-Store Purchases /Returning Delivered Purchases


You can return merchandise to a Granmerlen Inc. within the Philippines with the option of receiving a credit or an exchange. When mailing merchandise to our return center, your only option is to receive a credit for your purchase. You will receive a credit for your purchase if it meets the return criteria.


Return Period


Return online purchases within the timeframes below. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.

  • 7 days for Food & Kitchen, Health and Fitness, Lifestyle Gadgets
  • 10 days for all other products
  • 10 days for all products purchased by Sulit Members.

* If you are returning a Hawaiian Chair, Wall Aquarium and Treadmill, the Granmerlen Inc. is not responsible for carrier charges incurred after the carrier's cancellation period.


Returns In Store


Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders to any exhibit areas or Stores.

  1. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  2. 2. You must bring your packing list or receipt and your valid photo ID. Granmerlen Inc. accepts the following forms of photo identification:
    1. Voter's I.D.
    2. Driver's license
    3. Driver's license
    4. SSS or GSIS I.D.
    5. ComapanyI.D.
    6. Passport
  3. Present your warranty card to trace/ determine the date of purchase and warranty period given by our Promoter.
  4. Most of the time, we encourage to replace the defective items than to refund the cash or payment made thereof.

You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you return an item to a Granmerlen Inc. store, the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts within 72 hours. If you return an item by mail, please allow 14-21 days of processing time or you may call our Customer Care Specialist @ 9802654.


If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped:

  • We recommend that you return the item to a Granmerlen Inc. Office
  • If you prefer to mail it, you must call the Customer Care Specialist @ 9802654.
  • We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
  • Items that already lapsed the warranty.
  • Items that are not covered of warranty.
